These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through www.wendywoohandmade.co.uk.
WendyWoo Handmade is the trading name of Wendy Fountain, a sole trader based in West Sussex, United Kingdom.

Every WendyWoo item is handmade by me, Wendy.
My products are made individually rather than mass produced. Small differences in pattern placement, stitching, colour positioning and other details are part of the nature of handmade products and mean that no two pieces will necessarily be identical.
I make many of my Yoga and Pilates bags using limited quantities of repurposed designer upholstery faux leather. Once a particular colour has gone, I may not be able to obtain it again.
I make every effort to describe and photograph products accurately.
Colours can appear slightly different depending on your screen or device and, where patterned fabrics are used, pattern placement will vary from one item to another.
Measurements are approximate and minor variations may occur because each item is individually made.
Some products shown on the website are already made and ready to send.
Others are made after an order is placed and may allow you to choose from available WendyWoo colour, fabric or lining options.
Estimated making or dispatch times will be shown on the relevant product page wherever possible.
If you would like something outside the options shown on the website, please contact me before ordering. I am happy to discuss genuinely bespoke commissions where possible.
When you place an order, you will receive an automated acknowledgement confirming that your order has been received.
A contract between us is formed when I accept your order.
If for any reason I cannot fulfil your order, for example because a limited fabric or colour is no longer available, I will contact you as soon as possible. You will be offered an alternative where appropriate or a full refund.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£).
Any delivery charge applicable to your order will be clearly shown before you complete payment.
Payment must be made at the time of ordering using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.
I will never add optional charges to your order without your agreement.
Ready-made products will normally be dispatched within the timeframe stated on the website.
Made-to-order products will take longer because they are being made specifically after your order is received. An estimated making time will be shown on the relevant product page.
Making times and delivery times are separate.
If I become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, I will contact you.
Orders are sent to the delivery address supplied during checkout.
Please check your delivery information carefully before completing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact me as soon as possible.

Your cancellation and return rights depend on the type of purchase you have made.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.
I take considerable care over everything I make, but if your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact me as soon as possible at wendy@wendywoohandmade.co.uk.
Please include your order number and, where helpful, photographs showing the problem.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these Terms & Conditions.
All WendyWoo Handmade product designs, photographs, written content, branding and other original website content remain the property of WendyWoo Handmade unless otherwise stated.
They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.
Personal information supplied when placing an order will be used to process your purchase, arrange delivery and communicate with you about your order.

I will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances genuinely outside my reasonable control, such as significant postal disruption or severe weather.
If such an event materially affects your order, I will contact you and do everything reasonably possible to resolve the situation.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under applicable UK consumer law.
